JASMANE

Case Study of the Testimonial

Challenge: After relocating to a new state, Jasmane Myles felt isolated, emotionally drained, and disconnected from her career. Searching for direction, she enrolled in a master’s program, only to realize it wasn't aligned with her true purpose. Deep down, Jasmane struggled with self-doubt and the belief that her dreams needed to stay small.

Goal: Jasmane sought clarity, renewed confidence, and a pathway to live out her bigger purpose—both professionally and personally.

Solution: Through ACG’s mentorship program, Jasmane received compassionate coaching that helped her regain her voice at work, leading difficult conversations that ultimately earned her a promotion. Beyond her career, ACG challenged her to dream bigger, encouraging her to launch a long-envisioned scholarship program and begin building her own organization.

Outcome:

  • Earned a promotion and helped foster a more empowering workplace culture.

  • Launched a scholarship program, expanding it into workshops and a larger organizational vision.

  • Gained the confidence to lead boldly, dream freely, and live with purpose.

The mentorship and coaching program at ACG is truly beyond words. This organization is the embodiment of total development—spiritually, professionally, and personally. There isn’t a single area of my life that hasn’t been impacted for the better since joining ACG.

When I found ACG, I was in the middle of a major life transition. I had just moved to a new state, leaving behind familiarity and connections. I was experiencing hardship at work, feeling emotionally drained and disconnected from my role. I didn’t have a clear sense of purpose. In a
desperate attempt to find direction, I enrolled in a master’s program—but soon realized it wasn’t a strategic decision. I ended up withdrawing.

Through all of this, ACG became my anchor. They coached me through the challenges I faced at work. There was a point when I was ready to walk away from my job altogether. I felt defeated—mentally and emotionally exhausted. But my ACG mentor listened with intention and compassion. She helped me find my voice and recognize the power I held in my workplace. Together, we created an action plan for having difficult conversations with my superiors and addressing the issues head-on.

That support changed everything. Not only did I stay in my role, but I also earned a promotion. More importantly, I helped cultivate a work environment that felt safe, empowering—not just for me, but for my colleagues as well.

ACG didn’t just help me professionally; they helped me dream again. They helped me recognize how I’d been playing small. With their encouragement, I found the courage to launch a scholarship program I had dreamed of for years. My mentor was my biggest cheerleader, but she also challenged me: “This scholarship is great, but the mission is even bigger.”

From there, we began developing workshops to amplify the scholarship’s message. Those workshops became part of something larger—a roadmap to my own organization. For the first time in my life, I feel proud and purpose-driven. I’m building something that reflects my passion, and I couldn’t have done it without ACG.

Most profoundly, my ACG mentor saw me—not just as a professional or a client, but as a woman with a voice and a dream. I didn’t grow up in an environment where ambition was nurtured. I was told to be realistic, to keep my dreams small because no one had done it before me. But my mentor helped tear down those mental walls. She shared her own bold dreams—dreams that once sounded crazy to me, but now give me permission to imagine freely. It’s still a work in progress, but under ACG’s guidance, both my mind and my dreams have reached new heights.
